We all know how its hard to get going on something, specially if shy(Like me).So how about something small we can all do togerther for fun ? read areas of artpertise discussion, and follow on! Ideas plz
THe sort of thing would be perhaps something local to you that you care about, maybee a bit of writing/singing/drawing/dancing/painting anything.
we need a topic..
Like climate change…world peace…you name it…..
How about many ideas for a week and then we vote on it ?

What about a Spring Celebration? Everyone could do one piece of their particular art celebrating – Yay! Spring is finally coming! And share it somehow. Like I could put it on the window of my office.

Um, I guess it’s not Spring worldwide, maybe it can be something like that thought (rolling my eyes at myself)

Little lyric…

Particules of green
Particules of carbon/First appeared/When I don’t know well/ Or what it could become/A child touched my heart/She knew all about it/And I became other particule/A particule of green/I was riding a bike with that child/She knew all about the green way/We looked the skies/And saw those birds flying/Birds of green/Winged we were too/For the green/The green of hope :)

The lyric came from you, dear friends of net! I offer to you and to the green world we can dream about!

And before ending March, Julia Cameron, a great journey, it was your birthday on Marth 4th! May God bless you more and more! Love and Peace!

I like special dates, and days. Thanks for recognizing JC’s BD! I celebrate the 17th of the month because I started morning pages on that date. (usually its just a little celebration, a reminder it becomes of how far I have come, and where I am definitely going, and want to go- and I plan a bigger artists date for the year anniversary) Anyways this idea is a little thing I started doing…ever since Al Gore made “famous” the date of 7/7/7, I try to do a small but deliberate act of improvement in my neighborhood, or to do something that makes me feel I contributed a little back of the much I have been given, and I have found that there are several themes I return to often- the peace movement, being green and friendly to the earth, prayer for others and myself- but it is possible to grow exponentially by simply sharing the idea. (I saw a piece of art work on the street today called “exponentially cubed”). There has been documented proof that a small number of people can change the world. Even on a micro level, to change something, even one thing in my city, my neighborhood, my street, (yes I often find the change that is needed is me, and so I have also worked on changing me to change my world). On the date of 4/4 I am especially mindful of diversity, equality and human rights, and thankful to Dr. King for his dream- let’s see what it inspires me to do on this date. It may be as simple as stepping beyond my comfort zone and going into an ethnic neighborhood and going to a cafe. It may be that I allow myself to open a little more to possibility thinking on these dates. MAybe it can help someone else as it does me, so that is why I share it.

“There’s a magic feeling, feel it everywhere- there’s a celebration, deep within a song. LISTEN TO YOUR HEART, and Hold On To Your Dreams” (R. Emmet, M. Levine, G. Moore)

I love the season idea Jenni, we’ve got autumn here in Australia and after your suggestion I might go and take photos to stick around the place.

I’ve been having ideas about the various patterns in nature
“Intelligent Design” what an understatement
The best artist on earth gets awards
for even getting close to an image of the creation

I love the recurring patterns the veins in a leaf = the branches = the roots = the butterfly’s wing veins = our bronchioles
It is expressed myriad ways around the earth
It would be cool to do a work including one leaf from everywhere, or other natural patterns patterns from everywhere
I am fascinated my my tiger cat’s stripes they are like a real tiger’s and he thinks he’s one

Jenni:

Your ideas are so beautiful… let them flow…

Mural too… and the best part is to be able to construct it in reality!!!

Here in my country fall days have been so full of inspiration!

Tell me what do you think about the file… How could it function…

Well I remember there used to be something on Yahoo called a brief case where you could access your files. We would need a file more than one of us could access, on a website but I don’t know how to do that. Not sure if we would all also need to have a certain program also. For example a drawing or photoshop type program that can be used to import and edit images.
